Lance Stallings’ experience spans over two decades  of helping families gain control of their financial lives along with helping businesses succeed in an increasingly competitive market.  Lance got his start in financial services as an agent in Southern Utah. His experiences and training cover a wide range of topics including; advance planing concepts, relationship development, product positioning and business development.

In 1988 Lance graduated from Brigham Young University and went to work for the Franklin Institute. ( a time management and training company that later became Franklin Covey) Lance’s experience in the insurance industry includes: Carrier Agent with Northwestern Mutual Life, Guardian Life, National Account Wholesaler with BISYS insurance and a Partner with Cirtes Insurance Services.

In 2005 Lance joined Transamerica  (a Fortune 500 company) as a Regional Vice President and was a valuable resource for general agents and producers covering 14 western states from Nebraska to California. In the fall of 2014 he left Transamerica to work for Guardian Life Insurance Co. as a managing partner in the Salt Lake City, UT. Later to be hired by New York Life as a Partner in the same field.

After nearly 20 years in management Lance decided to put to work all he had learned about business and insurance planing to help business and individuals gain control of their insurance expenses. To protect against the unforeseen, take care of the todays and plan and protect the tomorrows.

Lance currently lives in Tooele, UT with his wife of 35 years Nancy, and their daughter Susan.  They have 3 married sons Jake, Cash and Hunter who all reside in Utah.
